Raw food diet - a natural way of life

Alex Masunov, Moscow, Project Manager GODMEAL, shares his personal experience of the raw food diet and the use of natural organic products. It is difficult to talk about yourself, probably, I'm just as human as we all are. Like everyone else, I often hear the saying - "if you want to change the world - change yourself." One of my principles - a healthy way of life without alcohol and smoking. I decided one day to try and change the diet, switched to a raw food diet. I can not share your life "before the raw food diet" and "on the raw food diet", because life - is a whole event. All my life I felt that afternoon drowsiness and weight - a sign of a good dinner, and heartburn - this is only a side effect ... After eating foods raw or natural state, I found that for many years was blind. Colds, runny nose, poor sleep, waking up a heavy, heavy sleep, fatigue, heaviness, and even a bad mood just passed, passed as mild anxiety from a bad dream.
