On a daily basis our appearance affects countless factors, and most of them are directly related to lifestyle. Our figure, body weight, firmness and freshness of the skin, bright eyes - all of this is determined not only by natural data, but also what we do every day. Whether useful or eat junk food, drink plenty of water whether we or not, do you regularly exercise, you feel nervous about nothing - all this is reflected in the way we look. Whether we like it or not. Habits
They can be both useful and harmful. I have one habit insidious feature - they are so firmly and quietly come into our lives that we did not have to pay attention. Food
Who has not heard the phrase: "We - what we eat." Probably every person to know her, but, alas, not everyone sees it as a guide to action. Daily drink at least 1.5 liters of clean drinking water, eat more fruits and vegetables, limit fat intake, but never exclude them completely. Meals should be balanced in all macro-and micronutrients, vitamins and amino acids. Nothing should be excluded from the diet. Information about nutrition (not to be confused with the diets for the correction!) Abound today, so we will not dwell on this issue in detail.
Physical activity
With this phrase, many immediately imagine it extreme, conquering mountains, muscular men with a bar in the gym or to dizziness women doing aerobics. But the need of the human body in physical activities can be successfully replaced by an ordinary pedestrian walking for 40-60 minutes daily. Tell me, do not have time? Sure that each person is able to carve out an hour of free time for a walk, at least due to the Internet and TV. Some people do, but others are always looking for an excuse. So go ahead - to a healthy lifestyle and beauty!
